      Pros

      Conductor is an amazing place if you want to invest in your passion. It's a place that rarely hold you back in taking on a dream but will require you to really push yourself to do it. There isn't an army of folks to get things done but scrappy ingenuity and a deep seeded desire to improve the status quo is a staple part of our DNA.

      Cons

      Lots of change and often fast moving pace. Only a Con if you like to be sedentary and fly under the radar. You really should be passionate

      Pros

      Conductor has a very merit-based culture. This is my first job out of college and I attribute so much of my growth, both professional and personal, to Conductor. It is a very hit-the-ground-running environment, and hard work is valued and recognized. It's been so wonderful to have support from leadership, and I am especially grateful for the amazing managerial support I received that encouraged me to pitch and earn my own promotion.

      Cons

      Conductor isn't perfect, but by hosting open forums to ask questions directly to leadership, it shows how much we are always striving to improve.

      Pros

      If there's one thing I can say about Conductor after being here for 2 years, it's that they hire the nicest, most genuine people. I can honestly say that every morning when I come in I am greeted by smiling faces, and I leave every evening happy. The recruitment team truly does a tremendous job at hiring not only qualified & talented people, but also just good people.

      Cons

      I wish we had another Pacman machine because we only have one.
