I was able to hang in there for a year.

Cons

Where do I start? 12 hours of burnout work, no benefits, unfair piece work pay, company prides themselves on the many ways you can be fired, no chance for advancement, shoddy system for processing data.

Pros

Easy to work for. You choose your own 2 breaks. Choose your lunch. And you just do the work you’re assigned to. The owner is awesome as well. Decently paid for just typing on a keyboard all day.

Cons

Hiring process is difficult. Not many raises. Only allotted so much overtime. And a long process to work up. Expectedly, it’s a lower end corporate job.
