Pros

Flexible hours Great manager You dont have to work directly with the client

Cons

Your pay is your pay. I've been with the company 7+ years. My temporary manager gave me the lowest pay while hiring on 2 of his buddies make 26k more than me a year. My current manager is amazing but it's been an uphill battle trying to get this addressed. Make sure you get a decent pay when you start because that will remain your pay.

Great Place to Work If You Want To Be Laid Off So They Can Replace You For Cheap In The Philippines, India, or Guatemala

Pros

In the period before they decide that you are too expensive as a US worker and they’d rather just pay for someone in Philippines/India/Guatemala the pay can be good and coworkers are generally pretty cool too.

Cons

Regardless of how many major projects are coming up that they haven’t started prepping for, they will lay off people from supervisors to engineers so that they can hire cheaper outsourced replacements. No morals or honesty whatsoever to be found here.

Can be laid back at times. WFH.

Cons

very very poor upper and middle management. No one knows what they are doing. Terrible work/life balance. no raises, 401k is 1% match. too many non technical employees trying to dictate how technical processes work.
