      Pros

      It's a job and you receive a paycheck.

      Cons

      Once Conduent took over Xerox they took everyone's incentive away. So they cut our pay by $2. There's no pay raises, there's no incentive, and there's no paid time off! They constantly keep adding more work to your 'job description' with out increases your pay. Totally lack of communication between departments, managers, and supervisors! I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here!

      Hoping the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train.

      Cons

      Lack of focus on solutions CEO vision is not grounded in reality. Out of touch with what is happening in the market. CFO more focused on his own bonuses than employee and company growth. Employees forced to use personal credit cards for most expenses Company does not pay commissions as agreed. CFO slow to approve payments. Company holds money rather than incent and pay employees.
