      A Four day work week.

      Cons

      No raises, bad management(upper and direct mgmt), no stability, company keeps getting bought out and with every buy out, they move. Been with the company 11 yrs and have been bought out and moved four times. No career growth/No where to move up in the company.. Did I say NO RAISES! Not a good company to work for.
