Pros

There are no pros they do not care about there employees.

Cons

No work life balance they have mandatory over time within 20 mins. of your end of shift you are expected to stay. You have to work 5 days a week and the 6th day 6 hour only one day off a week. They will change your shift from days to nights and have no empathy if you are not able to work those hours. No respect for employees what so ever.

Pros

Work-from-home Paid training (even though it's bad training) Possibly a good schedule, though you won't find out until very late in training

Cons

Unprofessional, backwards training program that puts you on the phones with customers before you've even used the support software. They changed my start date (weeks!) 3 times in a month period, before starting the horrible training. Incorrectly stated background check laws during the hiring process.

Pros

Discounts on trips, cruises, flights, cars buying, almost anything

Cons

Health insurance sign ups are once a year, and they're sneaky about it to the point of dodging the question until it passed. The only way you can enjoy working for this company is if you make friends/ do things you really SHOULDN'T be doing with supervisors and upper management. Then you can clock in and mess around all day and your supervisor/manager friend will cover for you. If you aren't one of those lucky people, when the further up the chain comes down on said supervisor, they pass the blame onto you and threaten write-ups even if you show up and do what you're paid to do. And they MAKE everybody take business ethics training. And progression/advancement is non existent unless you're involved with management. The only other time you can advance is when other employees quit and they pull out all the stops to fill that position and take your schedule hostage unless you do it.
