Working as an RTR Exper has been a frustrating experience that highlights the pitfalls of a stagnant role in a high-turnover environment. The monotony quickly set in, turning what should have been a stepping stone into a soul-crushing grind. There's simply no room for growth here; promotions are nonexistent, and skill development opportunities are as rare as a quiet afternoon. Management seems content with the status quo, offering no training or challenges to help employees advance. The workforce turnover is another major red flag. Colleagues come and go like clockwork, often lasting only a few months before burnout or better offers pull them away. This constant churn disrupts team dynamics, leaving the remaining staff to pick up the slack without additional support. I've seen talented people leave frustrated, and it creates a culture of isolation where building meaningful connections feels impossible. If you're seeking stability or a place to build your career, this isn't it—it's more like a temporary holding pattern that drains your motivation over time.
