Pros
A lot of hard working and smart people. There is still a glimmer of the startup gene,
Cons
Morale is in the toilet due to lack of support from exec management. Senior managers do their best but hands are tied and cannot reward nor provide any financial incentives. Long periods without raises (often years). Due to poor performance at the corporate level this division suffers increased reduction in force and offshoring.
