The company is kind of new as it got separated from Xerox and people tring hard to grow the business

Cons

The company became an Indian IT shop. It is a shame that american company is now overrun by Indian staff members, including CEO. The new CEO brought with him all types Indian IT workers and in a lot of cases with shady backgrounds and experience. Almost all of the senior positions were given to Indian folks. Where is the diversity? Just wondering if shareholders are aware it at all. On the other hand, people who worked in the company for many years are being laid off. 90% Americans, by the way. Also, people are not getting any bonuses or salary increases.

The ITOC department is utter crap. The model of how it is run will prove to be unmanageable and will kill the company. Too many layers of useless management and no accountability up the chain. Unqualified people in many positions, and a very lazy attitude towards managing people. It split from Xerox recently from Xerox, and unfortunately it brought all of the bad management with it, from the corporate management all the way down to the individual SBU management. Terrible, terrible place to work.
