Unprofessional.. System always down and leads to bad surveys on your end.. Absolutely no weekend off.. And supervisor s change before you get use to the one you have ..who rarely help you when you need it.. So you basically ate on your own

If I could give this a no star I would! I started training in July, upon hiring was told it was a 6 week course, once equipment was received and set up in home, we were informed traning was 3 weeks, content was horrible! The pace was ridiculous. They do not listen to you when you say you are struggling with something, On the phone second week into training not knowing nearly enough information. Company seems to set you up for failure. I did the job as long as I possibly could with out losing my mind. Compensation is not nearly close to what it should be. They are a bottom line company, are you on the phone making money for them. If not you are berated and made to feel inadequate
