Pros

You get a paycheck. You have a job. There really is nothing else. Unless you really, really hate being happy.

Cons

Everything else. Poor management. Rules and regulations are constantly changing. What is okay one week, will be terminable the next, then okay again the next. No career advancement. Floor support (or reps as acting supervisors) is a joke. They never know what they're talking about. The actual supervisors don't ever want to do their job. Poor benefits. Forced mandatory overtime, including working full shifts, 6 days a week. They always try to find an excuse to not pay us bonuses. They treat employees like trash.

Pros

Benefits are good and co-workers are nice. The new minimum salary in December 2016 provided a decent raise.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, zero training and no regard for employees. Technology is ancient. I have lost more vacation time than I have been able to use. Leadership is completely clueless, too busy re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Pros

Overtime Advance opportunities Great benefits You receive discounts on just about everything Very, very casual dress code Very understanding if you have to miss work Very thorough training (that you're paid for)

Cons

-Your job is literally to be yelled at and insulted -Unless you are on your breaks, you have absolutely no time to stop and relax, you are always on the phone with someone -Overtime is sometimes mandatory, which some people dislike -Raises are yearly, but can be up to $1 of an increase -The floor support to help you with issues during calls or for authorization or an action is ridiculously pitiful. You need to pay attention during training 110% of the time or you will spend hours putting customers on hold and irritating them.
