Thus company do not care about you all they care about is numbers and STUPID SURVEYS ! the rules set in play from the client HQY and the company make it so hard to do a job that could be easy. But if course the company don't care and all they want are numbers and good surveys if not you getting fired all because a customer hates the company. Funny how they care so much about human surveys but don't give a crap about the human workes and they will definitely treat you like a robot they expect you to live to work. They won't even ask if you can do over time they will just add it to your scheduled like we don't have lives outside of work. They will work you to death if you let them and this job is beyond draning. And you only get 3 hrs of pto every pay period which is only 2 since they do bi weekly pay so for a month you only get 6hrs not even a full day and you don't start getting PTO till you are 6 months in which is stupid a lot of things can happen in 6 months.

Entirely bureaucratic to point unable to serve clients or solve problems on their behalf.
