Pros

Leadership is forthcoming and as transparent as is business prudent. Great benefits. Large enough that there is room for advancement within the org.

Cons

Sometimes communication gets lost because of size of organization. Hard to connect and figure out leadership structure - lots of chiefs.

Overall, it was not a bad place to work just bad management in the department I worked in.

Able to interview for better positions. Information from one person is allowed to destroy someone's life.
