Pros

The people are like family, The benefits are better than average...with such a large company you have access to so much more at little cost to you!

Cons

As with any employer there are always cons, but with Cone Health and my position the only one I can think of is that upper upper management doesn't seem to always think out the full impact of their decions.

Pros

Multiple sites to work-just get your foot in the door and you can transfer later Major of the staff are great team players Company supports various Charity Groups Expect employees to own ,accept and fix mistakes[ yes ,this a good thing]

Cons

Policies are not always follow Some older employees are not valved{ Very Good,Great work history not taken into account] Document everything. After being fired ,they are so large it is hard to find a job in a Speciality Area You can be fired by people you never worked with that don't knowledge in your area and co-workers or peers are not interviewed. .
