If you work hard you are compensated for it and if you work hard you will keep your job

Cons

The quotas are very stressful and sometimes mean you will have to work overtime for free so that you reach them, because if you do not you will be laid off.

Company is good for people who need to work remotely. I had to help aging parents out, I could live with one parent and take the other to appointments.

Cons

If they have no work for you they bench you. If you are not a specific type of employee, you get no PTO although you get benefits.
