Great work environment with great benefits. Confie has a lots of room for growth. Company is very structured in all departments. Great training and onboarding programs. Stability and a great place with work-life balance.

Cons

The Insurance market is always changing and sometimes it could make it challenging to adjust to those market changes. Confie management has always found a way to get their employees though the difficult times.
