Pros

The company paid for leads so I was able to sell at a rapid rate due to high volume inbound calls and walk in leads.

Cons

The company doesn’t care about employees and their safety. They don’t give pay increases in base wages for high performing agents. They hire incompetent management.

I can not think of anything

Cons

Will not acknowledge anything you do well but will quickly point the tinest mistake. They will make you feel insignificant and stupid and speak to you as if your a child. They do not care about you or your goals and accomplishments only how much money you can make them. And dont you dare get sick because they will let you know how much of an innocence you are. They do not care about your safety or how your treated daily. Want time off? Not gonna happen, dont even ask.

Software out of date, dealing with corporate office difficult and they didn't care about our deadlines.
