Paycheck does not bounce, you make some friends at work.

Cons

1: No raises 2: They may 1/6th of a percent for 401K 3: Benefits are expensive 4: No Growth 5: Promotions are not based on skill, but favorites 6: When Confie purchases an Agency, they keep the Old Owners on as Managers who do nothing and promote their old employees to positions of management. 7: Corrupt Practices: They raid families already struggling with hidden fee's, hidden line items. 8: No training, since they purchase agencies. 9: Apply goals to us managers, they are not obtainable to gain bonus. 10: Insurance company that profits incredibly, no annual bonus. They are not honest, the company is hanging on by a thread. Massive lay offs are coming, not due to the virus.

Pros

Great company that truly cares about the employee (at least at the corporate level). Everyone is very friendly because work life balance is prioritized. Host regular employee appreciation events.

Cons

Not a place an ambitious person should go. Defiantly a lack of technical rescources at the disposal of employees. At the time of employment company was using outdated technology and process (very alarming for a company at this size). Not a lot of innovative or creative problem solving going on.
