The good thing about this job is pay is good.

Cons

If you like having your holidays off and enjoy them with your family, this is not the job for it. Short staffed and over worked. No paycheck before Christmas and you feel intimidated asking for days off.

Working at CONFIE is quite challenging, however they tend to compensate with different activities or sometimes bonuses for different things.

Cons

Supervisors tend to prefer pretty girls and their pals, so benefits and all kind of good things are not shared equally. Also the amount of work keeps increasing but payments are not that great, you can't ask for 400 accounts to be perfectly checked in 8 hrs.
