Not too agile in the reality, too much time invested in technologies that deviate the focuses of the business

Good work/life balance, flexible and relaxed environment, company it's self is very successful and has an interesting application. social events and chance to travel. kinda flat structure.
Cons
It's not a good place for a career path, it doesn't care about individual unless he can give, other wise no training, no reviews or feedback. salaries is what you asked at start no more :)
