Pros

Work is pretty good and there's time to learn and execute in projects. Decent pay.

Cons

Not much benefits, promotions and hikes (except you get to travel often for training clients and other such purposes). Time will be a constraint as the Indian office doesn't work independently even this time around.

- structure and processes are a little too fluid, - sometimes on the brink of biting of more than it can chew as a company, - working in distributed global teams can be challenging
