* Solving complex problems * Company is largely based on it's own algorithm has positive effect on culture * Talented software developers * International environment

Cons

* Management team has been struggling with growing causing internal conflicts * Cases of promoting people who are immature as managers, but loyal to senior management * Owned by private equaty fund sometimes takes focus off employees

- good, open, no-nonsense culture - ambitious but at the same time down-to-earth company - family friendly

Cons

- structure and processes are a little too fluid, - sometimes on the brink of biting of more than it can chew as a company, - working in distributed global teams can be challenging
