- Company (the CEO in particular) treats support functions such as HR & Administration poorly as if it is their playing ground. - CEO Micromanages things. - No work-life balance - Poor working conditions, below standard office - They prey on talent that can undersell.

- Although Confiz has continued to grow tremendously each year, they've managed to maintain a start-up feel. The company is very employee-centric rather than corporate, and I feel that Confiz inherently really does care about its employees. - The company has a great team of engineers, full of the push to grow and drive innovation to the next level. - Opportunities to learn and build up skills

Cons

- It is easy to get lost or to settle into a rut if you are not aggressive enough - Structure is stuck between the legacy service consulting mindset and the "new innovation" mindset. Although there is work being done in this area, this needs to adopt quickly.
