1) Decent salary. Good benefits for employees. 2) In an era of massive layoffs globally, Confiz is an exception as its going through a period of fast business growth. 3) Very structured & organized company. 4) Wide range of clients so learning opportunities are good over here.

Cons

Work life balance is an issue but I think this is a problem across the IT industry, not just in Confiz.
