Pros
A lot of things to learn. Your ideas and opinions matters and taken into consideration by management ( depends on teams ). Above average compensation and benefits. Great work life balance because of Remote First company culture.
Cons
Lack of human to human interaction because of remote first. As its a US company, we hardly get any celebration for Indian festival. Not much cons to say.
