      Great place, but...

      Pros

      We had great management on our team. The company culture is great. There are so many people welcome to enable each other. The tech is very complex so it takes a while to learn everything but it serves an important mission.

      Cons

      IBM acquisition forced an immediate and substantial reduction in force on the day of the acquisition closing. Many of us are truly saddened to leave. I suspect next week the comp, commission, benefits will be reduced once IBM fully takes over.
