Comp is in line with the market. Great people. Companies are moving to real-time data so the technology is very well positioned. Huge TAM. Great open source community.

Cons

During my tenure, there was some serious misalignment in GTM versus Comp structure creating some serious headwinds for AEs. They have changed much of that in 2024 moving to a consumption centric model. Extremely long sales cycle. Arduous legal process (CSA, DPA, MSA)
