      - Leading Product innovation & thought leadership on Apache Kafka & Innovation - Very inclusive, friendly and supportive company culture - Visionary CEO & company mission - Specifically, in the SDR org, the management team is top-class

      - As a start-up, there are natively areas of improvement, specifically as it pertains to structure/processes. This may seem like somewhat of a blocker at first, but a great opportunity for people to showcase their skills and gain recognition by making something better.
