      Unlimited PTO Strong commission structure President club Remote One of the best products in the industry

      They don’t actually care about you Everyone’s planning to leave because of how bad they treat the SDRS Targets are not even attainable Hired the wrong Managers and everything is going downhill

      Pros

      Culture was great before the en masse exodus of strategic leadership from 2022 till early 2023.

      Cons

      Non-existential culture, workplace bullying, heavy politicking, sexual harassment. There are many things that went wrong that has been covered up by the leaders of this organisation. Good people get buried and great talent get ousted.

      Pros

      Invest in your career and have a lot of great people to collaborate with. A lot of great teams within the greater organization. Fun events and you learn a lot both within your team and other teams. A good place to network with some key SaaS people and learn from them. Lots of opportunities to make money in sales if you put in the time.

      Cons

      The President of the company is very cold. She seems to care more about her image in the market than her employees and those supporting GTM. This place would be much better with different key leader at the helm - that narrative exists outside of Confluent as well. Some pretty significant silos exist in the business.
