      Pros

      Great product, customers and the developer community really love it. The company's mission of changing the world and allowing customers to increase the number of real-time use cases in production.

      Cons

      So many people in management from Oracle, it's creating a toxic culture. Also, the company really struggles to promote ICs to Leadership positions. They really under-invest in Leadership training so managers are more like spreadsheet warriors.

      1. Company's work culture is people centric and then customers. People at the leadership truely care for the emotions of the employees - be it respecting individuals, caring for career growth . They believe an empowered employee will contribute to the growth. Most talents are from big branded companies like Amazon, MS, Google and Salesforce. They 2. They provide enough tools and processes to build world class data streaming cloud product. 3. Big part of remuneration is through publicly listed stock. 4. Work life balance and enough employee benefits/perks at par with big brands. 5. Remote first company. Pretty nice office in prestige tech park but underused

      Cons

      1. Sometimes high empowerment leads to in-efficiencies with output. 2. Remote first takes away human to human interactions required for a team work. But world has already moved on with it. 3. Their stock price swings too wild during industry turbulence! It is an undervalued stock though
