      Confluent is a fast growing company in a new field and so, Confluent is fighting to be the leader. That means you can find interesting things happening and be part of them

      There are pressures everywhere, the managers are not so experienced in culture and care, they are driving the growth and so, sometimes you feel alone or without protection.

      No progression as company doesnt want to promote SDRs, high attrition bc of this reason Bad internal communication No women or diversity Zero investment in skills development would not recommend for anyone who wants to learn how to become a good sales person. there is no support

      Management at not willing to hire enough staff so most people are vastly over worked Very reactive work environment- because everyone is so busy, there's no time to strategize or plan. it's all just hitting targets and staying afloat
