I genuinely believe in the product and senior leadership. Good company overall People are mostly nice

Cons

12 managers in 5.5 years - no progression despite aspirations and ability. Rewards external talent over internal talent A lot of busy people travelling doing not much work waiting for their four years to pass. Too many Directors, not enough people doing the core work Too quick to change strategy in a complex product category if there's a slight falter in sales - complex product and new category requires more longevity for a new audience Not enough focus on brand Definitely a 'favourites' culture - people recruiting their crew. Happens everywhere but seemed particularly prevalent a few years ago

has strong product and engineering teams, with a solid base of technical talent. There are pockets within the organization where meaningful and innovative work is happening. If you’re fortunate enough to join one of the well-functioning teams, you may find the work engaging and impactful.

Cons

HR management is unprofessional and lacks empathy during offboarding. I was asked to resign under pressure without clear justification or prior feedback. My manager did not show even basic courtesy—no farewell message, no email, not even a Slack message.There's a toxic culture of hiring and firing without accountability.Employees are treated as disposable, with little regard for their contributions or well-being.Poor communication, lack of transparency, and a top-down culture that doesn’t foster psychological safety.
