Cons

Myself, many freinds and those ive met over the years that have worked at confluent all have the same consensus. The culture is highly toxic and very political. They have unstable GTM approach always changing critical tools, processes and org structure. Work somewhere else.

The majority of this company's managers are Asians and somehow only hire fellow Asians, even with basic résumés. Don't believe me. Jump on LinkedIn. This is the US & it's 2026. Do better!
