      Pros

      There are great people you are able to work with, realy passionate and willing to help. Work from home setup allows you to work from anywhere.

      Cons

      It's hard to understand the strategy of the company. There are constant reorgs without a clear plan leading to frustrations. Performance reviews are kind of a joke and its more important who you know than what you bring to the company. HR is more of an admin functions and focus on employee development is limited
