Executive management considers employees to be in the center of focus and importance.

Cons

In some departments their leadership is considering the employees rather "resources", it does not feel to be threaten respectfully. Profitability / KPI / personal success seems to drive leadership there.

Cons

Most managers do not know what is going on and they hire more managers to do the same thing. Out of touch with employees and little support for one the ground workers.
