Pros

Great product market fit. Confluent is clear leader in data streaming space, and data streaming offers clear differentiation in market. Incredible customer base.

Cons

Lots of teething problems in getting to enterprise/strategic maturity. Other functions such as ProServ and Customer Success lacking the leadership or talent to support strategic transformations. Systems Integrator relationships almost non-existent, too. Limited career progression that I observed.
