Cons
Mediocre salaries and benefits aren't competitive, management portrays an inclusive environment that is far from what it is. Additionally, a toxic environment with too many managers giving too much input. Expect a long interview process with hiring managers not knowing what an A-grade candidate looks like vs a B grade. Your direct leaders will tell you not to message or contact any of the Directors, VPs, AVPs, or senior leadership. There's a lot wrong with the business but luckily the platform is a value add for any business. Also, they have had trouble paying their staff where staff will wait weeks or months.
