      Pros

      If you want to work with exceptionally smart people, look no further. Confluent attracts the best of the best. Smart, humble and empathetic. My team constantly reminds me of how wonderful teammates can be when you being together the right people in the right roles - who are there for the right reasons, and are selfless and caring about one another.

      Cons

      There are a lot of layers of approval to get even the smallest of things done, and often many teams doing the same things differently, making clear direction and movement toward a common goal a little frustrating.

      Confluent is very cutting edge product for realizing new paradigm of data management, built on top of Apache Kafka. Every customer use-case is looking future and it's very proud to driving every opportunity is so fun.

      Cons

      It's difficult to let customer understand a value of Confluent. Most of people can't image what is different of just ETL tool.
