Pros
Great community to work in. I generally enjoy working with the people here and feel that my opinion is valued. I feel supported by my manager and team and genuinely feel like any feedback I give is recognized and acted on to build a better culture.
Cons
The company is focused a lot on working fast and not so much on the quality of our work, which has resulted in a lot of debt build up both in our product and in how we operate internally. Also, there's a lack of socializing and helping teams feel connected with each other since work has gone remote.
