There is an excellent product-market fit and the technology is world-class. Teams can change priorities quickly. You need to be able to adjust to these changing priorities to be successful. It's never dull work. You are surrounded by strong performers who love what they do and want the company to succeed. This means you have to show up every day and give it your all. There is a real opportunity to build here. No clock punchers. The team is great at celebrating wins and acknowledging losses on a regular cadence (all-hands meetings every two weeks). The culture is highly supportive of work-life balance and remote work.
