Pros
good pay and benefits with solid PTO. A diverse group of people who like the work they are doing.
Cons
Within the first month I was written up because someone said I wore a bathrobe in an internal meeting. I don’t own a bathrobe. Admit they are building the airplane as they go along . Was thrown on a project that was a dead end. Put in new territory with new leadership who won’t acknowledge you even if you walk up and ask to shake their hand. Toxic AE’s who micromanage and bully, and its on you to act professional. Manager’s toolbox is gaslighting.
