I've only recently joined Confluent, but so far I'm very impressed. It is a great product and great team. Lots of smart people, who are also humble. Great culture and values and executives are open and transparent. Many companies use the term "one team" but Confluent lives it. Benefits and perks are good too. Best career decision I've ever made.
