Incredibly friendly office Excellent benefits Clear opportunities to build your own role and be successful in it Success and hard work are rewarded

Cons

A fair few basic processes/ policies are missing so you need to be prepared to 'wing it' fairly often There is a tonne of work to do and not enough people so you will put in overtime
