      Pros

      Confluent as a company is really doing great and has some great leadership. The company itself is going really fast and to add to it they have an amazing work culture. For it size, it has reasonable benefits. Growth is great and all your perks are based on meritocracy.

      Cons

      Sometimes decision making could be hard because of the rate at which we are growing.

      Pros

      High Energy, focused on getting (the right) stuff done, high caliber team, extremely customer focused.

      Cons

      Lots of new people showing up each week means that you kind of need to find a desk and figure out how to be useful. The field group seems well organized with training and onboarding - but other groups need people to be productive very quickly. I think that's great, but it can be intimidating.

      Everyone I've come across here seems genuinely excited about where Confluent is going! People are focused and extremely welcoming to newcomers. The cross-department collaboration here is wonderfully unique.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced company, but this is a pro for many!
