I enjoy working with the smartest and best in the biz, with a game-changing, revolutionary technology -- it is both scary and wonderful to regularly feel like the dumbest one in the room! :P No joke.
Great location right by PA Caltrain. Nice perks without being wasteful: solid healthcare options, Caltrain pass, tons of healthy snacks, dog friendly, catered lunches, nice facilities.
People are friendly and everyone, including leadership, is accessible and all-ears to feedback. Team rallies behind wins and celebrates others' successes. There's an open and supportive culture around career growth and pivoting (to other teams and roles).
Cons
No 401K matching yet (though not unusual for start ups), parking permits in PA are hard to come by (expect a 3 - 4 month wait or more).
Marketing team constantly in flux and without proper leadership.
