      Really smart people who are passionate about the space and the product. Pretty good transparency from upper management / C suite

      Not a strong culture or sense of purpose, not mission driven, diversity and inclusion seems like an afterthought

      Pros

      I have been a part of Confluent for around 6 months now, and have had the absolute pleasure of working with some of the most intelligent and humble people ever. Management is fantastic, and company culture is top-tier in the values we try to bring in and embody within ourselves.

      Cons

      Confluent is growing at such an accelerated rate such that onboarding and training may need to be updated and be a little more structured.
