Bait & Switch Job Title & Forced Covid Vaccine, Even for Remote Workers

I can't really think of any that stand out when compared against other employers.
Cons
First, there was the bait and switch title. I was hired at Staff but immediately lowered to "Senior" on first day because it was a "mistake" to hire me as Staff, apparently this is not illegal, just incredibly immoral. This happened to 3 other co-workers I spoke with at different job levels. It wasn't not a mistake, but a calculated move to essentially poach employees from better opportunities they may have been offered. They also forced the Covid vaccine on ALL employees, including remote workers. Because you know, they know best what should go in your body, not you. If you don't like it, you're not able to continue employment. I actually had adverse reactions from the vaccine too, which I had no intention of ever getting before it was mandated we must.
