The CEO is thoughtful and knows what the company needs to do to execute the mission. There is lots of cross functional work that is self reinforcing -- product management, marketing, education, developer experience, support all work together and exchange ideas.

Cons

Sometimes the management can make wide, top-down decisions without facilitating an open forum of ideas from the expert individual contributors in the field.

Pros

Great colleagues. Actually have a team full of analysts, across the globe, (instead of 3 people having to do everything) so the workload is nicely divvied up. Pay is great! Top end of the market. Benefits are awesome!

Cons

Lot of internal tools and procedures are still lacking maturity, so some tasks can be very manual still. Making good progress though on automating things, so not a huge con.
