Cons

A lot of work that other teams should've been responsible got passed off and added to the workload unnecessarily. Hybrid work turned into full time back into office Senior leaders did not seem to work cross-functionally and support their peers

Pros

Leadership is great and I’ve had great mentors here. Benefits are very good and overall I think the company is trending well and will continue to grow.

Cons

Although I feel the Cloud Account Executive is quite difficult. Being paid once customers consumption and being paid on consumption is very hard to control or track. It seems there is lots of parts of the organization that haven’t yet been figured out and path to promotion doesn’t seem very clear yet.
