      Pros

      Confluent has been a great experience so far. Compensation is solid, the market fit is excellent, and we truly lead the space when it comes to Kafka and event streaming. It’s a very forward-thinking company, and with AI driving massive demand for real-time data, Confluent is well positioned to be the company selling the shovels in a gold rush.

      Cons

      There’s some uncertainty around job security, particularly given recent acquisition news.
